Cancellation Policy

As we often have wait-lists for our programs, it is important that you contact us in a timely manner if you must cancel or defer your attendance. Written notification of cancellation or substitution must be received from the participant by the appropriate calendar day as follows:

• Participants are allowed one transfer for a $300 fee up to 14 days prior to the program start date. Transfers are applicable to the next program iteration only; however, if the next iteration is not offered within 12 months, participants will receive a refund minus the $300 transfer fee.
• Fees are non-refundable less than 3 weeks prior to the program start date. However, participants may send a substitute.
